-
- Yes REALLY! Is it any of your business? Are you so naive as to believe I
- couldn't eliminate my alias and replace it with a pseudo-realname? You'd
- never know the difference. But would that make you happy? (Like I'd really
- give two hoots in hell.) Perhaps I should have used my real name or
- pseudo-realname, like you'd really know the difference, because then your
- premise would fall apart. Wake up and smell the coffee, pal.

- If you had READ my posts, I said your's is a unique relationship with SH,

- : Hmmm, you're clairvoyant too! Isn't it wonderful how smug you can be when
- : hiding behind an alias! Perhaps the choice of a refuse collectors name is
-
- Clairvoyance? Are you really that naive? If I give you enough rope you'll
- hang yourself right in front of all the readers of this newsgroup, plain
- and simple. You're attitude in regards to the original poster is quite
- evident, and hopefully this is not the attitude your employer condones.
-
- : significant! Enough of this drivel!
-
- So...why don't you stop drivelling?
-
- The bottom line on this matter should be that, given a reasonable amount
- of time, the customer should be taken at their word, and everything that
- can be done (within reason) to make the customer happy, should be done.
- Not treat them like they are trying to rip you off. Plain and simple. No
- clairvoyance, no drivel, just common sense and courtesy.
